Join to apply for the Clerk of Works (WP20 Lahad Datu, Sabah) role at UEM Edgenta Berhad .

Responsibilities

• Ensure approved materials are used, and correct methods and workmanships are adopted by WPC.
• Ensure works are carried out as per the Construction Drawings for the correct dimensions, levels, locations etc.
• Inspect WPC’s work in stages as per the date and time requested by WPC.
• Witness testing of all materials and work done as per the date and time requested by WPC.
• Take note of the site instructions and any other relevant directives on the drawings used in the inspection, to ensure that they are taken into account.
• Prepare a written list of any points that may require attention, in concurrence with the RE, where the WPC has requested the inspection. The COW is to check that the points have been rectified or agreed to before the work is covered, as the case may be.
