Job Description: Clerical Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, indexing, and data entry
- Manage reception tasks and assist with scheduling meetings
- Type and prepare correspondence and official documents
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, computers, and photocopiers
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Liaise with nurses, physicians, and other staff members
- Interact with patients throughout the day in a professional manner
Skills & Qualifications:
- Typing speed of at least 50 keystrokes per minute
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
