**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools
+ Follow work instructions, blueprints, or schematics
+ Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area
+ Meet production goals and deadlines
+ Report defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to supervision

**Qualifications**
