Role Overview

Location: Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria.

Salary: £29,500.

Working hours: 4 on 4 off across a rolling shift pattern (6am-4pm / 11am-9pm / 8pm-6am).

Contract type: Permanent.

What You'll Do

• Provide supervision of the cleaning team, ensuring a culture of high employee engagement and participation aligned with the overall EUK objectives.
• Support Line Manager in compliance with EUK Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to recruitment, staff rotas, staff performance, management of staff absence, staff training and development, appraisals and payroll.
• Carry out and facilitate regular staff meetings with all direct reports to ensure open and two‑way feedback on service delivery, resources, health and safety, etc.
• Monitor appointed subcontractors’ performance whilst on site.
