Position Overview
Job responsibilities - Supervising multiple team of cleaners for difference projects.
- Ensure service quality delivery and safety of all our employees.
- Assist in planning of cleaning service operations work plans.
- Assist in incident management.
- Managing inventory of the cleaning equipment and materials used in multiple project sites.
- Provide guidance and coaching of new team members.
Job requisites - May be assigned to a variety of places including indoor and outdoor public places.
- Must be comfortable to communicate with stakeholders.
- Prior supervisory experience in service industry is an added advantage.
