Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supervisors drivers and cleaners across multiple locations
- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and service contracts
- Handle client acquisition retention and complaint resolution
- Coordinate manpower planning recruitment and training
- Ensure health and safety standards are met on all job sites
- Manage inventory procurement and logistics of cleaning supplies
