We are seeking experienced cleaners with expertise in maintaining cleanliness in commercial and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience operating various cleaning equipment and applying cleaning chemicals effectively.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate industrial floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners.
+ Utilize carpet extractors and truck mount carpet cleaners.
+ Operate floor buffers.
+ Spot clean carpets and work with cleaning chemicals.
+ Apply and reapply epoxy coating and scrape off old coatings from floors.
