Ability to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all customer and staff areas.

Cleaning of the gaming floor, hospitality areas, reception, staff areas, and all customer and staff toilets.

Ensuring gaming equipment is kept clean, dust‑free, and well presented.

Reporting any damaged or faulty equipment in customer or staff areas promptly.
