3 Months contract with a Local Authority Job Purpose To maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout Ty Pennant Car Park facilities, ensuring all public, staff, and communal areas are clean, sanitised, and welcoming for all users. Responsibilities Clean and sanitise toilet areas including toilets, sinks, cubicles, walls, doors, pipes, hand dryers, and floors. Clean staff room facilities including work surfaces, tables, floors, and skirting boards. Clean communal areas including stairwells, stairs, walls, lift areas, and flooring. Remove graffiti from designated areas when required. Safely operate cleaning equipment including scrubber dryers. Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are stored safely after use. Experience Previous cleaning experience in commercial, public, or communal environments is desirable. Experience using cleaning machinery or equipment is advantageous.
