**POSITION SUMMARY:** Responsible for all cleaning tasks as assigned by Supervisor and as per contract specifications. Tasks include bathroom maintenance, floor care, window cleaning, general office cleaning, groundskeeping and power washing.

**ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

1. Demonstrates skills in glass surface cleaning (i.e. windows) and general floor care (i.e. stripping, waxing and buffing).
