**Class A Driver**

**Location: Sedalia, MO**

**SUMMARY:**

+ Primary responsibility is to drive a heavy truck at an excess capacity of more than three (3) tons; to specified destinations and locations, and to perform the following duties.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas,oiland water.
+ Drivestrucksor equipment to assignedlocation.
+ Maintains trucklog, according to state and federal regulations.
+ Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive instructions.
+ Cleans inside oftruck. Performs routine maintenance ontrucksor equipment.
+ Must have a working knowledge and understanding of safetyrequirements andpractice them.
+ When assigned,will open a work orderso time may be charged out toassigningdepartment.
