- $.56 CPM base for all miles (we pay practical miles) + accessorials/bonuses + benefits (medical, vacation, holiday) + per diem + yearly pay Increases + longevity bonus
Or
- $.66 CPM all miles (we pay practical miles) + accessorials/bonuses (no health insurance, no vacation pay, no holiday pay) + per diem + longevity bonus
