Class 2 Skip Driver
Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting a Class 2 / HGV 2 / LGV 2 Skip Driver to work out of their client based in Stoke on Trent.
For this Class 2 / HGV 2 / LGV 2 Skip Driver role, you will be responsible for:- Delivering and collecting skips across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas
- Carrying out skip exchanges (removing full skips and replacing with empty ones)
- Operating a Class 2 skip wagon (skip loader / hook loader) safely and efficiently
- Navigating tight residential streets, building sites, and commercial premises
- Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Providing excellent customer service when dealing with customers on-site
- Returning skips to the yard for unloading and recycling
