Class 1 Driver Trunking

HireGiant are looking for a reliable and professional Class 1 Driver to work with our client based in Daventry (NN11), this will be an A2B job.

Responsibilities

• Completing deliveries of general haualge to businesess — RDCs
• Driving the class 1 curtainside trailer in a safe manor
• no handball, this is a nice haulage role
• Ensuring all paperwork and PODs are completed accurately
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards

Requirements

• Valid HGV 1 (Category C+E) Licence
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card
• Strapping and Reversing competence
• New pass LGV1 Drivers welcome - training and support provided
• HGV LTD drivers welcome

Hours & Pay

• Start times between 6.00am - 7.00am
• Shifts: 10-12 hours depending on route
• PAYE Pay rate: £17.50 - £18.50 per hour
