Do you have recent Personal Injury or Credit Hire experience? Our Claims Validation Handlers prevent and detect motor claims fraud defending the company from suffering unnecessary losses. They do this by managing a portfolio of suspected fraudulent claims by conducting desktop enquiries, including database searches and arranging investigations appropriate to the claim to achieve a cost-efficient conclusion and minimal financial loss to the company.

The location for this role is our Swansea office and the classification is Hybrid. Typically, this has entailed three days collaborating with colleagues in the office and two days working from home per week.
