Purpose

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and proven Claims Technician to join our newly established Subsidence team. This is a home-based role.

The opportunity:

Reporting to the Subsidence Lead and working closely with colleagues, you will be an active member of a team project managing a portfolio of subsidence losses from notification to conclusion. You will provide effective support to Adjusters, as well as managing aspects of the claim process yourself, and ensuring timely progression of cases along with superior service.
