- Independent and self-driven person to lead the Hong Kong Commercial Claims to serve our customers, work with our broker partners and to collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage our corporate customers' claims in the most effective, efficient manner whilst delivering a customer centric claims service which supports the Purpose, Values and Strategy of Zurich, and be able to work cohesively with Underwriting to drive our Growth proposition- Develop and implement, in coordination with General Insurance Commercial Underwriting team, an effective claims proposition for Commercial Claims operations across all Lines of Business from Property, Engineering, Liability, Employees?Compensation & Marine, etc.- Develop and implement effective staffing models to drive excellence in operational efficacy, efficiency and service- ...
