This role is responsible for ensuring all claims are injury coded in line with Company guidelines. The role also maintains service levels within the target.
Strategy and Planning
- Support the implementation of the Claims strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets
- Participate in all relevant meetings in order to share and develop strategy, knowledge and best practice
Policy, Process and Procedures
- Ensure current knowledge and adherence to relevant Motor Accident Authority legislation, government and Company guidelines
Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus
- Liaise with internal and external network to obtain relevant information
Technical Performance
- Accumulate data in order to identify the type and severity of injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents
