Overview

Own and drive Claims Risk and Performance outcomes. Lead the Claims Risk & Resilience (CRR) function to develop claims‑led risk intelligence, identify risks, inform mitigation strategies, and improve portfolio quality. Use claims data and insights to improve performance, control costs, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver better portfolio outcomes.
