WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all claims reporting and salvage activities for Outsourced Business / Tailored Claims Solutions binder holders operating under a Santam mandate. The role focuses on CAT reporting, monthly and ad‑hoc claims reporting, motor and non‑motor salvage coordination, and recovered stolen vehicle processes. The position acts as the primary liaison between binder holders, Santam internal stakeholders, procurement, and approved salvage service providers, ensuring accurate, timely reporting, effective salvage turnaround times, compliance to mandates, and strong stakeholder relationships.
