Description :
Receive and review motor insurance claims from customers via phone, email, or online platforms.
Assess initial claim information for completeness and accuracy.
Assign and dispatch claims to appropriate adjusters, repair shops, or field agents based on location, claim type, and workload.
Coordinate with customers, repair facilities, and internal teams to ensure timely processing and resolution of claims.
Track claim status and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and communications in the claims management system.
Escalate complex or urgent cases to supervisors or specialized teams as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements.
