About the Role
We are looking for a Claims Expert to join Swiss Re's P&C Reinsurance Claims team at our headquarters in Zurich, responsible for the Swiss Market . Reporting to the Head of Claims Northern, Central & Eastern Europe (NCEE), you will manage a significant and complex P&C claims portfolio, drive performance and delivering client-focused outcomes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and steer the assigned claims portfolio, with full accountability for its performance and development, including mitigation of adverse prior-year development, actively identifying and reducing claims leakage
Develop and implement claims handling strategies for complex losses and scenarios
Ensure effective claims monitoring and provide expert guidance across the P&C Claims unit
