Claims Executive, Financial Specialties (FSPG)

We're hiring! We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Claims Executive to join our Financial Specialties team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

This role focuses on managing complex, high-value claims across specialty insurance lines while supporting clients through the full claims lifecycle. You will work closely with insurers, adjusters, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

What the day will look like

• Support the handling and management of claims across Financial Specialties lines, including:
  • Bankers Blanket Bond and Professional Indemnity
  • Cyber and Technology Risks
  • Medical Malpractice
  • Trade Credit Insurance
  • Directors and Officers Liability
