To handle various channel on claims related enquiries, respond and resolve the request appropriately according to Companyβs set standards and guidelines
To act as the back-office support for Call Centre CSEs on all life claims related enquiries that requiring follow up with respective backroom teams or branches
Prepare and draft simple reply letter
Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices steps to mitigate the risks.
Qualifications
Tertiary education, preferably in Business Studies / Science / Mathematics / Computer Science Or AMII, AAII, FLMI or equivalent with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
