We are seeking a Claims Assessor to oversee OEM Warranty and Maintenance Plan operations, ensuring dealer claims are accurate, compliant, and cost?effective. The role requires adherence to OEM technical standards and a commitment to continuous improvement through the analysis and escalation of claim and repair anomalies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assess and validate dealer Warranty and Maintenance Plan, claims in line with Group brand standards. Ensure Dealer Network compliance with approved warranty policies, technical procedures, and labour time guidelines.
