Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm & Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm Responsibilities
Assist customers with
GIA reporting
and insurance claim documentation
Prepare
repair quotations, invoices, and claim-related documents
Coordinate with
insurance companies and surveyors
for repair assessments and approvals
Arrange
rental vehicles
for customers when required
Track
parts availability and repair progress
Process
reimbursement claims
(e.g., loss-of-use, rental vehicle claims)
Follow up with insurers on
outstanding payments and claim matters
Liaise with
service providers and internal teams
regarding claims
Prepare
monthly administrative reports
Support customer service team by
handling incoming calls professionally
Requirements
Minimum
GCE O Level or equivalent
At least
2 years of experience in insurance claims administration
