In this position, you will investigate auto claims, ensure proper claims adjustment, and provide customer guidance throughout the process. The role demands a solid understanding of insurance policies and effective relationship management skills to help clients navigate their claims with ease. You will also engage in various tasks, from audits to liability evaluations, while promoting a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:
• Diploma from an accredited institution
