Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Department Manager to provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for a growing Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Substation Civil/Structural team in the Southeast Region.

This individual will be responsible for managing department operations, supporting business growth, developing technical talent, and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering projects. The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership capability, client relationship management, and business development experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with regional and business line leadership to support the continued growth and success of the T&D Substation practice.
