We’re looking for a Civil/Structural Construction Specialist IV (Resident Architect (RA)) to join our Singapore team.

As a Civil/Structural Construction Specialist IV, you will be responsible for the supervision and design/construction review of all architectural works including, but not limited to, covering, finishes, sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works, and sewerage system under the Civil Contract N107.

• The Services of the Consultant for the provision of technical reviews and advisory services on architectural works shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • To attend all coordination meetings for the Works and maintain records of such coordination meetings;
