Role Description

Due to a rapidly expanding workload in our Portugal office, Knight Piésold has a requirement for a graduate or junior civil/geotechnical engineer to join our mine waste team.

We are looking for a high-calibre, self-motivated individual who will be adaptable and able to fit in comfortably within a small, dynamic team. The role will involve international projects with expected short periods of travel to overseas mining and construction projects.

Under the supervision of senior engineers, the candidate will be expected to conduct ground investigations, interpret geotechnical test results, undertake stability and numerical analyses, 3D modelling of dams and other waste storage facilities, liner design, tailings deposition system design, produce storage facility layo...
