Stellar Recruitment is working with a well‑established, award‑winning civil contractor whose work spans some of NZ's most varied infrastructure – energy, three waters, deep drainage, solar, and complex concrete structures.

You’ll Be Involved In

• Leading daily site operations from toolbox talks through to hands‑on crew supervision
• Keeping your crew sharp, safe, and on programme
• Guiding and upskilling team members through experience and practical know‑how
• Reading plans, solving problems on the fly, and hitting targets
• Liaising with clients, Contract Managers, and site teams across the project
• Keeping documentation accurate and gear in good shape throughout

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum three years NZ‑based supervisory experience in civil construction
• Solid hands‑on background across earthworks, drainage, precast, or in‑situ concrete
