A growing organization within the construction and civil engineering industry is hiring a Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day civil site operations and ensure execution as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil works on-site including structural finishing and external works.
• Coordinate tasks with foremen subcontractors and engineers.
• Monitor progress, manpower allocation and material requirements.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance with project specifications.
• Report site progress and challenges to the Project Manager.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• 48 years of civil site supervision experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and site execution.
• Ability to lead teams and enforce safety protocols.
