Position Overview
Job Summary:
Supervise day-to-day civil and finishing activities at site ensuring timely completion with required quality and safety. Responsible for managing workforce, monitoring work fronts, ensuring correct workmanship, and supporting engineers in documentation and coordination.

Site Supervision
Oversee daily construction and finishing works (blockwork, plastering, tiling, carpentry, painting, ceiling, waterproofing etc.).Ensure work is executed as per instructions, drawings, and specifications.Maintain discipline and productivity of manpower at site.Quality & Inspection
Monitor workmanship quality and assist QC team in inspections.Maintain checklists and submit daily quality observations.Prevent rework by ensuring proper execution at first instance.Safety Monitoring
