Summary

Benderson Development is one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate developers. We are currently seeking a Civil Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of land development projects in the Wildwood, Florida area, where Benderson is actively developing thousands of acres for future commercial and industrial uses.

In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of commercial land development from early planning and preconstruction through site development and final project closeout. Working closely with internal development, construction, and leasing teams, as well as outside engineers and consultants, you will oversee site development contractors responsible for mass grading, utilities, and infrastructure installation across the project.
