Description

Client is seeking a Civil Project Manager. This position reports directly to the VP of Land Development. They have have 3 different local metro Detroit offices, and ideally this person would sit out of their Rochester Hills office. Will be heavy client-facing, and will do site visits, support permit application, construction assistance, and evaluates land use and zoning requirements. Will oversee the drawings/design work for various private/commercial/K-12 projects all throughout SE Michigan. Will be heavily focused on the land development portion of the projects, and will work with the design team daily, work with the client daily, and will be perform PM activities. They offer 3 day in/2 day remote hybrid option. This role is salaried, and they are an AESOP company, so will gain company shares, and also get annual bonuses based on company and individual performance.
