Position Overview
Job DescriptionOversee execution of cafe/restaurant outlet fit-outs, renovations, and maintenance projects across multiple locations.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion as per brand standards and budgets.
Supervise on-site activities including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior works while maintaining quality and safety compliance.
Monitor project timelines, material usage, and vendor performance, and provide regular progress updates to management.
Candidates with experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality projects and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously will be preferred.
Net Take Home of 35 to 40k per month plus travel & mobile allowances
