Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload including:
  • Civil litigation matters
  • Landlord & tenant disputes (possession, rent arrears, disrepair, tenancy issues)
  • Housing matters
  • General dispute resolution
• Handle matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, including:
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court applications
  • Complying with court directions and procedural deadlines
