The firm handles national, regional, and local matters representing Fortune 500 clients across product liability, automotive, industrial equipment, and general civil defense litigation.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions across a variety of civil litigation matters
• Argue hearings and motions before state and federal courts
• Investigate and defend liability matters from inception through trial
• Prepare cases for trial including strategy development, expert coordination, and trial documents
• Report directly to and communicate with Fortune 500 clients on case status and strategy
