The firm seeks a civil litigator with a minimum of 4-5 years of civil litigation experience to assist with general litigation cases, including defense of personal injury, lease disputes and general contractual claims. The successful candidate will manage their own case load handling all aspects of the litigation including written discovery, depositions, mediations, motions, and trial. Strong writing and researching skills are a must. Strong bonus program, salary commensurate with experience.
