Undertake investigations, planning, designing, tendering, contract administration, and construction supervising & monitoring.
Technical Delivery: interact with clients and contractor staff to determine and verify project requirements, prepare inspection reports and site records, perform civil and structural tests, provide general inspection on construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship, identify non‑conforming works, generate reports and corrective actions, and coordinate responses.
