Job Description

A minimum of 5-7 years of Exp required. Have to manage on-site construction, negotiate with subcontractors, provide training and work on cost estimation. Must be fluent in Hindi, English, & Malayalam. • Should have experience in the construction of High Rise Buildings
• Have to manage on-site constructions crew
• Have to be responsible for negotiating the contracts with subcontractors
• Communicate with inspectors and architects
• Meeting with construction managers
• Coordinating the delivery of materials with vendors
• Calculating the estimate
• Should have completed B.tech in Civil/ Diploma in Civil
Salary range : INR 30,000 upto 35,000.
