Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works including excavation, foundations, concrete and structural components.
• Allocate work to labor teams and monitor workmanship.
• Report daily activities, manpower and progress to the Site Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain effective communication between site teams and engineers.

Requirements

• 10 years of UAE/GCC civil foreman experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and site operations.
• Ability to lead labor teams efficiently.
