Position Overview
Our client is a Florida staple in the civil engineering planning land serving a landscape architecture space. They are looking for Site Civil Engineers for both their Boca Raton and Port St Lucie offices.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and check calculations (storm-water management, potable water distribution, sanitary sewer collection and transmission).
- Prepare specifications and drawings.
- Design of land development infrastructure including roadways, water, sewer, and drainage.
- Prepare and process permits through all applicable agencies.
- Interface with fellow clients, engineers, CAD drafters, and other disciplines.
- Prepare site construction cost estimates.
- Review, correct, and approve shop drawings and other material specifications.
- Attend, and participate in meetings with client(s) and internal staff.
