+ Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.

+ Design and implement stormwater management systems and ensure compliance with NPDES permitting.

+ Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D for effective site development and civil design.

+ Oversee project engineering tasks including grading and drainage.

+ Provide mentorship to staff and contribute to departmental growth.

Essential Skills

+ 10+ years of experience in land development.

+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
