Position Overview
Land Development & Feasibility: Conduct site due diligence, evaluate soil conditions, assess grading requirements, and verify local zoning regulations before property acquisition. Project Execution & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure they meet structural, architectural, and safety specifications. Budgeting & Estimation: Prepare quantity takeoffs, draft Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and track material and labor costs to maintain project profitability. Quality & Safety Control (HSE): Enforce strict quality assurance protocols for construction materials and implement site safety and environmental standards. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate with architects, contractors, structural consultants, and municipal authorities to secure necessary building permits and operational clearances.
