Ensure a strong job start‑up by understanding project scope, budget, schedule, and crew requirements before commencement.
Manage project scheduling, daily work requirements, paperwork, crew staffing, and contract payment items.
Coordinate production goals, targets, and scope; troubleshoot issues with the Site Superintendent.
Lead the crew in accordance with Conwest's Corporate values; maintain open communication with employees to keep them informed of daily plans and performance expectations.
Provide feedback on employee performance to the Site Superintendent and Site HR.
Review plans and drawings with the Superintendent to define safe, technically appropriate construction methods and incorporate health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Perform the pre‑locate program for all existing utilities and ensure the information is disseminated and acted upon.
