To make the most of this flexibility, the successful candidate must relocate to the Nanaimo or Victoria area, as regular on‑site presence is essential — especially in the early stages of the role. Being close to one of our offices will allow you to build strong relationships, get hands‑on with our systems, and fully immerse yourself in the Hazelwood way of doing business.
