CASUAL LABOURER - FACILITIES

Position Type: Temporary Full Time (approximately August 2026 - April 2027)

Location: Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre (QSWC - 265 Cannifton Road, Belleville)

Department: Community Services Department – Property & Facilities Division

Hours: 40 hours per week; wide-ranging shifts

Term of Employment: Up to 200 days in a 12-month period

Employee Group: Union - CUPE

Salary: $25.15 per hour, plus $1.85 shift premium where applicable

Closing Date: June 8, 2026 at 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operating city vehicles and equipment as required.
• Operating various construction equipment and machinery.
• Maintain building cleanliness and sanitation including lobbies, washrooms, hallways, meeting rooms and the outside perimeter of the building(s).
