Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets (ST, SO) and core KPIs.
- Expand offline outlet coverage and optimize channel layout.
- Manage regional inventory & PSI to avoid overstock/out-of-stock.
- Standardize retail store display and boost conversion rate.
- Drive revenue growth of core customers/key stores.
- Recruit, manage and train regional supervisor/shopping guide teams.
- Maintain stable customer relationships and resolve cooperation issues.
Requirements
- β₯5 years of sales experience, with a proven track of meeting targets.
- Consumer electronics background required; mobile phone industry experience preferred.
- Retail store management experience (traditional family-owned store experience a plus).
- Proficient in English (working language for communication/reports).
