**About the Team**

CIM Technicians provide technical support for production PCs, scanners, label printers, network infrastructure and other production IT equipment. CIM Technicians assist with line moves, engineering builds, and other cross-functional initiatives.

**What you can look forward to as a CIM Technician:**

+ Under minimal supervision, performs preventative and predictive maintenance on Production IT PCs, scanners, label printers, vision systems, and ESD Gates.
+ Supports phone system by installing hardware and resolving issues.
+ Identifies, documents, and works to improve system reliability in area of responsibility. Aim – increase Mean Time Between Failures, reduce Mean Time To Repair.
